About Us

Hello our names our Ron and Monica Condon and in doing research for a home business we heard about the North American Alpaca. Our interest was peaked when we heard how easy it was to care for these animals and how enjoyable this lifestyle could be. They were correct! Not only have we found the home business we were searching for but, once we saw and touched an Alpaca for the first time, we were hooked. We fell in love with these gracious humming animals (thus the farm name...Alpacas de Amor....Alpacas of Love) and just thoroughly enjoy spending time with our herd. We have witnessed the birth of our first cria, built a shelter in one day and had a curious soft nose nibbling at our hand.

It doesn’t get any better than this! We are thankful for the support we have received from family and friends and the mentoring from other breeders as we prepared for the adventure of a lifetime.

An exquisite breeding program is the primary focus in regards to key products offered at Alpacas de Amor. We breed not only for superior fiber characteristics (outstanding crimp, brightness,staple length), but also for excellent body conformation, unique color, and gentle disposition.

An obvious strength for the operation of our farm is that our location is premium. Our farm is visible from Interstate 1-75 directly off exit 171.
